Highly experienced Management Consultant with a flair and passion for Training. I have worked across geographies and multinationals in senior Finance and Management Consulting roles. This includes Wcap advisory roles for close to 15 years; including recently for 3+ years as Director and SME of Working Capital Improvement at KPMG Australia as well as leading a regional Wcap project across 7 countries for a FTSE-100 company. I am a Chartered Accountant, certified PROSCI Change practitioner, and the founder of Xperiential.
I have a wealth of practical experience that I feel compelled to share, to enable cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful Wcap improvement sustainably. My training experience includes delivering Business Process Excellence and Change Management seminars across Australia, as well as Working Capital training for my clients.

My mantra "Play to Learn" is about experiential learning - learning by doing; and is the inspiration for founding Xperiential. I realise that when busy teams take time out to attend training seminars, they have less time left for their multiple, often competing priorities back at the workplace. The onus is on the trainer to impart a useful, practical, relevant, and memorable experience that improves employee engagement and performance.
